I copied this from my friend Dedre's blog... I've read it before, or something similar to it, and I just felt that I needed to share it with everyone. SUCH an important part of raising a healthy family, I think. I am so glad to know these things before my kids get caught up in sports and after school activities... hopefully Joe and I can make it a habit for life!

so true huh. I can't believe you are about to have that baby. How exciting. It was this time last year I was as far along with my twins as you. Such an exciting time in life..adding a sweet new baby to the family!
